About us

Welcome to our website.

We are Lisa and Paul, originally from South Africa and Scotland respectively. We met and lived in Kent before moving to France in 2016, chasing our dreams for a better way of life for our family.

La Petite Auberge dates back to the 17th century and originally started life as a farm. It subsequently earned its Auberge name after it was converted into a hotel, restaurant and, in the latter years, gîtes. Since moving here, we have enjoyed renovating and updating the accommodation to provide our guests with a home from home comfortable space.

Paul and I are very social and friendly and it is our aim to work hard so you can just sit back, relax and BREATHE! We immediately fell in love with the rustic charm and tranquility at La Petite Auberge, and hope you do too.
